NZ Domestic Shipping - NZ Post
Orders are shipped once a week, every Wednesday.
Orders placed before 5pm Tuesday (NZT) will be processed to ship the following day.
Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order via NZ Post.
A tracking number will be sent once your item(s) have been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or other factors affecting NZ Post deliveries.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all NZ orders at checkout. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option during checkout, as we cannot deliver your order if the wrong option is selected.
We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses, so please double-check your address before placing an order. You will also be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
For any mistype of addresses, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please let us know after 10 working days if you have not received your items. If the item was lost or damaged during transit, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Please send us your original proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item to studio@manamimiyata.com within 3 working days of receiving the item. We will issue a refund of the item in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items.

You are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import clearance fees that may be required by your country. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping costs and will need to be settled upon delivery.
Please note that we cannot mark your order as a 'gift' or declare a lower value on the customs forms. Doing so is illegal, and we comply with all international shipping regulations.
Lost Items & Returns
We do not offer change of mind refunds so please shop carefully.
